I've helped Morning Glory from their start, to "grow" relationships and acquire new customers with both traditional and digital marketing. It's all about building awareness of the quality custom floral art that these artisans create - from traditional space and yellow page advertising, to targeted direct mail and public relations (see the "Ladies" ad series).
But I'm most proud of the lift generated with digital marketing by establishing and hosting their Web presence with a site that supports Morning Glory's custom hand-crafted floral arrangements. The site helps build relationships with an occasion reminder service, and provides an innovative online ordering capability with the same convenience as the telephone to place custom orders. Search engine optimization is also paying off, battling and winning top rankings against huge national competitors for organic, local and paid positions.
